TRUST YOUR INTUITION
Move Beyond Self-Doubt and Get Unstuck in Your Spiritual Development
A FREE 60-MINUTE LIVE ZOOM WORKSHOP WITH CHRIS
📅 Wednesday 11th November 2026
⏰ 7:30-8:30pm UK time
💻 Live on Zoom
Do you ever feel that something is there, but find yourself questioning whether you're getting it right?
- Perhaps you're just beginning to explore your intuition and wondering how to recognise what you experience.
- Maybe you've had moments when something felt right, but your mind immediately stepped in and made you doubt yourself.
- Or perhaps you've been developing your psychic or mediumship abilities for years, but lately you feel as though you've hit a plateau. You practise, you try, you question yourself - and you wonder how to move forward.
Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you're welcome here.
Join me for a relaxed, practical workshop where we'll explore self-doubt, make space to notice our intuitive experiences, and look at ways to keep developing with greater confidence.
✨ WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE TOGETHER
1. Understand why we doubt ourselves
Explore how overthinking, expectations and the pressure to get things right can affect the way we approach our intuitive experiences.
2. Take part in a guided intuition exercise
Give yourself some quiet space to notice your own impressions and reflect on what you experience, without forcing an answer or putting pressure on yourself.
3. Discover ways to keep developing
Explore how simple, consistent practice and reflection can help you continue learning, whether you're just starting out or looking for a fresh perspective.

❤️ WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?
This workshop is for you if:
- You're curious about your intuition but aren't sure how to trust what you experience.
- You sometimes second-guess yourself or wonder whether you're simply imagining things.
- You've been developing your psychic or mediumship abilities but feel you've stopped progressing.
- You'd love a fresh perspective and practical ways to continue your spiritual development.
You don't need to be an expert. You don't need to have everything figured out.
Just bring yourself, an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Who is Chris Stanley?
A little about me
I'm Chris Stanley, founder of The Soul Alignment Academy, a spiritual development teacher with 25 years of personal practice and 10 years of teaching experience.
Over the years, I've worked with hundreds of people who doubted their intuition, questioned their experiences or wondered whether they had any intuitive ability at all. I've seen people surprise themselves when they begin to understand their experiences and give themselves permission to explore them.
And it isn't about being extraordinary or getting everything right.
It's about having the right guidance, practical exercises and a supportive environment where you can explore your intuition without feeling pressured to prove anything.
That's at the heart of how I teach.
I run live development circles every Monday and Thursday evening, welcoming members from across the UK, alongside a growing library of resources covering intuitive development, spiritual awareness, personal growth and wellbeing.
But more than anything, I care about helping people feel supported as they explore their own spiritual development — wherever they are starting from, and whatever stage of the journey they're at.
I'm really looking forward to spending this hour with you, exploring how we can move beyond self-doubt, recognise our intuitive experiences and keep developing with greater confidence.
You don't need to have all the answers. Just come as you are.
Chris x ❤️
